Hello everyone,
So, it’s a brand-new year and 2024 brings a lot of changes and possibilities so I thought it’d be a great idea to start out the year with opening something that hasn’t been open for many years. What are they? You may ask. Well, it’s simple really and something I thought would be a real hoot to work on again. Art Trades.
I will be opening art trades up for the first time in many years. However, I have brand new guidelines/rules for how the trades will work. I hope all of you don’t mind having some rules and guidelines to help keep the process moving smoothly and remain effective.
Rules for the Happy Smile Hello Art Trades 2024
1.) I will accept all forms of art ranging from Drawn to Literature, everyone has multiple talents and thus all artistic styles are welcome. I don’t mind it at all as I appreciate all kinds of styles of art.
2.) Game screenshots aren’t allowed. Sorry, everyone I am a girl gamer but I don’t want screenshots from video games being used for trades. It’s nothing personal.
3.) Not to kink shame anyone but I will not accept the following things for art trades (blood, gore, scat, urine, feet, etc.) if it’s a fetish or a kink I won’t accept a trade. (If you’re not sure please note me or include the information in a note.)
4.) Still unable to do any Super Sentai style 3D art due to the lack of resources but I can still do the civilian form your OC from Super Sentai.
5.) Don’t badger me every single day about the status of your trade. I will have a status listed on this journal and the order of the trade that’s being done. I work a 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM job Monday-Friday. I will always work on art when I finish work but it’ll be on the slow side unless it’s a time when there is a break.
6.) No Fanart from anime, manga, TV, Video Games, Books, Movies, and Music please. I am retired from those things.
7.) Have fun with the trades!
Technical Notes:
I use Poser 11 which is a 3D program that I have been using for many years to create art.
I use Adobe Photoshop 2023 for Post work, editing or in some cases fabric painting on characters’ clothing when needed.
If you’d like me to write a short story, please specify that you’d like literature. I use Microsoft Word and Grammarly for writing, so there will be a lot of work put into short stories as I love writing too.

How To Begin The Art Trade Process
1.) Press the envelope icon on the front of my DA profile.
2.) In the right-hand corner of the screen press “New Note” and a new box for notes should open.
3.) In the Subject put “Happy Smile Hello! Art Trades 2024”
4.) Write your note with as much detail of what you’d like as possible. This includes character references.
5.) Finally double check your note and make sure that you have all the required information.
6.) Press Send.
7.) Await my response to your note to see if your Art Trade has been accepted and then you make the decision of what you’d like to do for me.

Join the Take Me To Angelic Lane contest, and your character will be included in the series as an extra, backgrounder and neighbor of the cast!
How to enter?
Explain why your character should be included in Angelic Lane! The more detailed, the better! Include an image or description of your character!
What do you get?
1.) A CGI image of your character in Angelic Lane Style
2.) Your character in Angelic Lane!
3.) A copy of the episode your character appears in!
4.) A chance to voice your character in the episode they appear!
